As per the program terms, the total purchase amount and the recording, use, and sharing of personal information will initiate the Divarese Exclusive Customer Program Select Card membership process based on your consent.
Your Select Card type is determined based on the total purchase amount in the last 12 months, and your Select Card type will be updated 1 day after reaching the relevant tier.
Your Select Card status is reviewed annually. Based on the total purchase amount made in the 12 months after the last status update, your card status may be maintained or downgraded for the next year. The earning and status maintenance conditions for card types are detailed on the Select Card pages; you can review the link on the Divarese Exclusive Customer Program Select Card page.
Points cannot be earned on discounted or campaign purchases once Divarese enters the discount period of up to 60% on new season collection products. Purchases made with a My NetWork Corporate membership will not earn points, and loyalty program benefits will not be applicable.
The points you earn from your purchases on www.divarese.com.tr with your Select Card will be credited to your account immediately after receiving your order, and in stores, they will be credited to your account as soon as the invoice is issued.
If you return a product purchased from Divarese.com.tr, the points you earned will be deducted from your Select Card balance according to the first cart campaign conditions, and the points used during the purchase will be refunded to your Select Card balance after the return. If there are insufficient points in your Select Card balance at the time of the return, the equivalent of the points in TL will be deducted from your product return amount to your credit card.
In return transactions, customers will be assigned to the segment that meets the segment conditions based on the returned products.
1 Select Card point is worth 1 TL. Earned points can be used as a discount on all your purchases. You can pay up to 70% of your purchase amount with Select Card points.
The points loaded onto your card can be used for your next purchase in Divarese stores and on www.divarese.com.tr.
To earn and use points, simply inform the cashier of your verified mobile phone number during the purchase.
Since your Divarese Select Card contains exclusive advantages and points that you can use based on your purchases, a verification SMS will be sent to your registered and verified mobile phone when you use your points.
You can access your points information by logging into our stores, the divarese.com.tr website, the Divarese mobile app, and verifying your information through the Divarese Customer Experience Unit (444 3 662).
The unused point balance on your Divarese Select Card will expire at the end of the next calendar year following the earning date.
Divarese Select Cards are entirely for your use and should not be used by others. The earned rights are personal and must be used within the specified dates; they cannot be transferred to another person, converted into cash, and unused points cannot be redeemed for cash either partially or fully.
It is important to ensure that the information provided during the Divarese SelectCard membership process is accurate and up to date.
Divarese reserves the right to make changes to the terms of the Select Card program and membership, and to terminate your membership unilaterally in the future.
