I want to return my product. What are the return conditions?
  • The product to be returned must be delivered within 30 days, complete with its standard accessories and without any damage.
  • Promotional and campaign products that were given as gifts must also be sent back with the return.
  • For the return process, the form on the back of the delivery note must be filled out. (If the invoice is issued to a legal entity, a return invoice must be issued.)
  • Returns of products that have lost their resalability and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.

  • You can have the hem shortening and hem tapering alterations for your outlet product(s) done for free at all our stores (season+outlet). If you have alteration requests other than the specified ones, you can get services from our stores for a fee.
  • You can have the alterations for your George Hogg branded textile product(s) done at all Network outlet stores.
How can I return/exchange my product?

Can I make a return from your stores?

You can exchange your orders with equivalent products at our stores. In cases where you cannot make an exchange, you will be given a "return voucher" valid at all stores (excluding online stores) for the amount of your return.continuing.

How can I return my gift product?

You have the possibility to exchange your gift within 15 days provided that the date written on the gift card is valid. Along with the products you wish to return you need to send us your gift card.

How do I return my product with the cargo company?

You can send your products through our contracted cargo company, Yurt İçi Kargo, using the methods below. It is sufficient to specify the recipient code as "291368256 AYMARKA A.Ş – DEPO".

How will I track my return shipment with the courier company?

You can inquire about the delivery of your returns to our warehouse with our contracted company Yurtiçi Kargo using the delivery number via the following methods.

Will I pay the shipping fee when returning my product?

How and when is the refund done?

If products delivered to our quality assurance department meet the return conditions, the refunds of the product amounts will be made when the products arrive at ourThe day it is processed. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to credit cards are reflected in the account within 7 days.

How are my installment payments refunded?

The refund to your credit card is made by your bank in installments depending on your payment method. The reflection of the refund in installments on your credit card is entirely at the discretion of your bank. You can get detailed information from your bank regarding the matter.

The product I purchased broke down/lost its feature after use. What should I do?

That your product broke down/lost its feature due to a manufacturing defect under normal usage conditions... If you wish, you can return it under the return conditions. Your return will be subjected to an inspection process by our quality assurance unit once it reaches our warehouse. You will be informed about your return as soon as possible via SMS and email.
