Cancellation and Return Conditions

Our company prioritizes consumer rights and customer satisfaction after sales. Any dissatisfaction, production, and service-related issues you might encounter with the products you purchased are meticulously evaluated and resolved in the shortest possible time.
You can find the necessary conditions below to ensure we can serve you better and faster regarding product returns; if any of these are missing, the product return will not be accepted.

a- Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.
b- The product to be returned must be delivered within 30 days, in the condition it was received, with all standard accessories, completely and without damage.

2. INVOICE OF THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

a- The invoice of the product must be sent for the return process.
b- If the invoice of the product you want to return is issued to a company, it must be sent back with the return invoice issued by the company. A return invoice needs to be issued.

OTHER CONDITIONS and RETURN SHIPPING FEES

a- The product you want to return /If the products are defective, the shipping cost will be covered by our company if sent with our contracted shipping companies.
b- If the products received by our Quality Assurance department are returned in compliance with the return conditions, the product amounts will be processed for refund on the day the product reaches us. The reflection time of the refund to your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds to credit cards are reflected in the account within 1-5 days.
c- You can send the products you wish to return free of charge with Yurtiçi Kargo.

SHIPPING THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

The product to be returned can only be picked up by our contracted shipping companies. Any product that reaches us via any other shipping company will be rejected. Returns of products and shipping costs will not be accepted.
General return conditions are as follows;
- Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
- Returns of products whose original box/packaging has been damaged (for example: products with a shipping label pasted on the original box and taped with shipping tape are not accepted), products that have lost their resalability and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.
- You must send the original invoice (all copies in your possession) and a petition stating the reason for return, along with the product you wish to return.
- If the product/products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In this case, you must use foreign couriers for delivery. In other cases, the shipping fee is your responsibility.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Dear customers, you can cancel your orders that you have placed incorrectly or changed your mind. Sometimes emails are checked late due to high volume, and products may already be sent to the courier. In cancellation processes, if the product has not been shipped, the entire payment is refunded using the same method you used for payment. If the product has been shipped, the shipping fee or fees will be deducted.Refund will be processed.
